REFLEXOLOGY

What to expect…

before your session:

Once you have decided on a treatment, get in touch to book a session.

You will recieve an email requiring your information and a brief medical history to fill out before your session.

You should bring extra layers with you for warmth, water to stay hydrated, and keep your schedule light for the rest of the day especially if it is your first time recieving reflexology.

Before the treatment begins we will go through your medical history and discuss what to expect during the session.

It’s important that you feel comfortable and able to communicate anything that feels unusual or uncomfortable during the session.

During your session:

There are a number of possible reactions that you may experience during your treatment, including feeling: very relaxed, sensitivity or pain on out-of-balance reflexes, unusually emotional, cold or hot.

After your session:

Once the treatment has ended, we will discuss how you are feeling and any reactions to the treatment then plan our next appointment based on your treatment plan.

Possible reactions that you may experience after the treatment, include but are not limited to feeling; energised, tired, emotional, cold, and/or hot.

After your treatment it is advised to stay hydrated with water, get lots of rest, and avoid stimulants such as caffeine or any toxins such as alcohol. There is further details in my aftercare advice leaflet.
